Wir suchen engagierte Außendienstmitarbeiter (m/w/d), gerne Quereinsteiger, zur Verstärkung unseres Teams bei Verisure, dem europäischen Marktführer für Sicherheitssysteme. Verisure sichert seit über 35 Jahren Privathaushalte sowie Kleinbetriebe ab und zählt, allein in Deutschland, mehr als 35.000 zufriedene Kunden.
Deine Aufgaben:
Aktive Kundengewinnung
Aufbau und Betreuung deines Kundennetzwerkes durch qualitative Leads und unserm Tippgeber- und Empfehlungsprogramm
Erstellung von einem maßgeschneiderten Angebot sowie Installation von unserem Sicherheitssystem beim Kunden vor Ort
Eigenständige Gestaltung und Organisation deines Arbeitstages
Dein Profil:
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Führerschein Klasse B
Einwandfreies Führungszeugnis
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation wünschenswert
Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Verhandlungsgeschick
Zielorientierte Handlungsweise zur Erreichung der vorgegebenen Verkaufsziele
Ein souveränes sowie selbstbewusstes Auftreten
