Part-time Product Manager - Speech & AI

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager (50% position) to join our AI and Core team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end product management processes of one of Verbit's main domains. This is a part-time role, with a requirement to work on-site at our Ramat Gan office two days per week.

As the Product Manager for AI and Core, you will be responsible for driving the development and deployment of artificial intelligence and core technologies that power our platform. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and designers to define and prioritize product features, as well as coordinate the development and delivery of those features to the market.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting market and customer research to inform product strategy and development, as well as defining and tracking key performance indicators to measure the success of the AI and core product lines. You will also be responsible for managing the product development roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with the company strategy & vision.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, roadmap creation, and execution for our Core and AI solutions
• Perform customer and market research, and industry analysis to assess market need, size of opportunity, competitive landscape
• Become an expert in all product aspects (flows, features, infrastructures, market)
• Analyze requirements from clients as well as different stakeholders in the company such as Operations, support, management, marketing, sales and more, and define the necessary capabilities/features to be developed
• Make decisions on tradeoffs, with respect to time, features, resources, and quality to meet the business objectives
• Create and manage product KPIs, roadmaps, and specifications
• Work closely with the R&D team, define requirements and follow up on them until delivery
• Own discovery process for new features and capabilities

The Ideal Candidate

• 7+ years of hands-on product management experience
• Demonstrated track record launching multiple successful products and features in several B2B companies
• Previous experience with ASR technology and how it works, including machine learning, natural language processing, and speech processing
• Strong understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including product strategy development, the definition of requirements, engineering, QA, and release
• Passionate about creating products that solve real-world problems
• Innovative, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in English
• Experience with making decisions based on data analysis
• Previous experience with Big Data, Advanced analytics, and large-scale data pipelines - Advantage
• Strong technical background (engineering, computer science, mathematics, etc.)
• BA/BS in computer science or equivalent relevant experience
