Supplier Management Technician

<p><b><u><span>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: </span></u></b></p><ul><li>Support engineering activities within our Supplier Management Team</li><li>Process and collaborate with engineers all documentation related to ECRs (Engineering Change Requests), MCOs (Manufacturing Change Orders), ECOs (Engineering Change Orders) & PCNs (Product Change Notifications), including all technical documentation such as 2D drawings, 3D models, specifications, schematics, diagrams, and written and verbal instructions to properly file and submit for approval through Agile.</li><li>Perform Documentation modifications as needed based on advised design changes from our engineering team</li><li>Assist in tracking and maintaining accurate records of Equipment, Tooling, Fixturing and Molds (Asset Management)</li></ul><ul><li>This position performs a variety of documentation functions in direct support of project execution for the Supplier Management and VAVE departments.</li><li>Coordinates the flow of documents sent for approval through Agile in support to project execution and closure<br />Will have knowledge of both the work processes of project documentation and the use of electronic systems used to manage it</li><li>Contributes as a team player who is deadline driven and works well with others</li></ul><ul><li>Support Engineering Change Process</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>OTHER NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</u></b><b>:</b></p><ul><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u><span>QUALIFICATIONS</span></u></b><b><span>:</span></b></p><ul><li>Must be fully bilingual (English – Spanish)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability and strong desire to work collaboratively in a dynamic engineering environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Must be focused with extreme attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Good written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with project personnel and management</li><li>Strong organizational skills, demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously</li><li>Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities</li><li>Team Player is a must</li><li>Minimum one year of experience working within an ERP system with Engineering/Manufacturing Documentation</li><li>High school diploma (or equivalent) and 4 plus years of relevant work experience</li><li>Familiarity working with 3D CAD programs</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new tools</li><li>Proficiency in reading schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation</li></ul><ul><li>Assignments will require a working knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems</li></ul><ul><li>Expertise in planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks to meet business objectives</li></ul><p>At Veralto, we value diversity and the existence of similarities and differences, both visible and not, found in our workforce, workplace and throughout the markets we serve.<span>  </span>Our associates, customers and shareholders contribute unique and different perspectives as a result of these diverse attributes.<br /> </p><p><b>Unsolicited Assistance</b></p><p><span>We do not accept unsolicited assistance from any headhunters or recruitment firms for any of our job openings.
