Reporting to the Manager, BI Architecture and Advanced Analytics, the Business Intelligence Architect will work collaboratively with business stakeholders and the Global Data Governance (GDG) team to serve Hach’s current and future data needs with a focus on designing, implementing, and continuously improving our BI infrastructure.

This position is located in Poland and will be remote.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Design, implement, and continuously optimize Hach’s end-to-end Business Intelligence architecture and semantic data models.
• Manage and optimize the Power BI / Microsoft Fabric environment, including Fabric capacity planning and performance tuning.
• Develop and optimize complex DAX measures and data models to support scalable, high-performance analytics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and Global Data Governance to ensure data quality, compliance, and actionable insights.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Advanced expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, including semantic modeling and capacity management.
• Strong proficiency in DAX, with proven experience optimizing complex calculations on large datasets.
• Solid experience with Azure-based data platforms (SQL Server data warehouses) and data modeling best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a customer-focused and self-driven mindset.

The salary range for this position is 160,000 PLN -170,000 PLN, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
