About the Role:
We are seeking an entry-level recruiter to join our internal hiring team in Stamford, CT. This is a full-time, in-person position focused on supporting hiring for our sales and marketing teams across the Northeast.
No prior experience required - just a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. You'll be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and working closely with Sales Managers and HR to meet monthly hiring goals.

Responsibilities:
- Source, screen and interview job applicants
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews
- Collaborate with sales managers to understand hiring targets
- Track and report hiring metrics
- Help ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process
What We're Looking For:
- No recruiting experience required - we'll train the right person
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, professional and goal-oriented
- Strong team player with a "student mentality"
- Must be available to work on-site at our Stamford, CT office
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (9AM-5PM)
- Full-time, in-person

Compensation: On-Target Earning: Salary + bonus (Depending on experience)
