Using reliable, proven technology in an innovative plant design configuration, Venture Global’s modular, mid-scale plant design will replace traditional designs as it allows for the same efficiency and operational reliability at significantly lower capital cost.</p> <p>General Description:</p> <p>Venture Global is seeking highly motivated recent or soon-to-be graduates to join our team in Houston, TX or Arlington, VA, supporting our LNG facilities in Louisiana. This program is designed for individuals looking to start their careers in a dynamic, high-growth energy company and gain hands-on experience across multiple business functions.</p> <p>This opportunity is ideal for graduates with degrees in:</p> <ul> <li>Accounting</li> <li>Business Administration</li> <li>Economics</li> <li>Finance</li> <li>Human Resources</li> <li>Information Technology</li> <li>MBA</li> <li>Supply Chain Management</li> </ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Candidate will develop knowledge and understanding of the Liquified Natural Gas industry and will be assigned tasks, including but not limited to: &nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Engage in comprehensive training programs to gain a solid understanding of the LNG industry, its market dynamics, and business operations</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the business aspects of LNG projects, including financial analysis, risk management, and strategic planning</li> <li>Assist in market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and challenges in the LNG sector</li> <li>Contribute to the development of business plans, proposals, and financial models to enhance the viability and profitability</li> <li>Work closely with the operational teams to ensure alignment between business strategies and operational execution</li> <li>Support additional initiatives as needed</li> <li>Support development and tracking of appropriate Key Performance Indicators</li> <li>Participate in meetings with stakeholders, clients, and partners to build strong professional relationships and foster collaboration.</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (recent graduate or anticipated graduation by Fall 2025/Spring 2026)</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen interest in the energy industry</li> <li>Eagerness to learn and adapt to the intricacies of the LNG sector</li> <li>Demonstrated leadership skills through academic or extracurricular activities</li> <li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Application Suite</li> <li>One (1) to four (4) years’ experience working in a corporate environment would be a plus</li> <li>Basic understanding of energy-related concepts is a plus</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>Venture Global LNG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
