About the Job:

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who is energized by strategic partner engagement and AI-driven success planning and excited to translate customer goals into scalable outcomes through our platform. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed—while shaping the future of AI for local economies.



As a Customer Success Manager , you'll work with high-impact channel partners and cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to:

  • Deliver customized onboarding, training, and enablement experiences—both 1:1 and in group formats—to promote adoption.
  • Provide strategic product recommendations based on partner goals, usage patterns, and AI-assisted insights.
  • Track and improve customer health using AI-based forecasting tools, escalating issues and advocating for partner success.
  • Build and maintain scalable workflows (e.g., playbooks, automations) that ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate routine communications, reporting, and success planning activities.
  • Champion partner feedback loops to influence product innovation and improve customer experience.



What You Bring to the Table:

    • You bring 5–7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing SaaS role, with a deep understanding of channel dynamics, partner lifecycle management, and SaaS onboarding best practices. You have a proven ability to manage escalations, lead feedback conversations, and translate technical solutions into business value.



    Must-haves include:

    • Strong grasp of Customer Success methodologies (e.g., Success Planning, EBRs).
    • Proficiency navigating the Vendasta platform and associated integrations.
    • Ability to use AI tools to enhance efficiency in planning, reporting, and customer communication.
    • Effective communicator across teams and seniority levels.

    Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications; certifications from programs like SuccessHACKER or HubSpot Academy; familiarity with AI tools like Gainsight AI or Salesforce Einstein.
