Reporting to the Director of Keela/Raisely Marketing, this pivotal role will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated demand generation campaigns and programs that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue. This role is especially focused on developing and scaling paid media and paid social strategies; leveraging creative storytelling, audience targeting, and performance data to maximize reach and impact across digital channels.</p> <p>Raisely is an all-in-one fundraising platform built to help nonprofits and charities launch impactful digital campaigns without needing technical skills. With tools for creating branded donation pages, managing supporters, and tracking campaign performance, Raisely makes it easy to run peer-to-peer fundraising, recurring giving programs, and donation appeals.</p> <p>Trusted by over 2,000 organizations worldwide, Raisely has helped raise more than $500 million AUD. It offers a suite of tools that enable organizations to manage donor relationships, automate routine tasks like gift acknowledgments and tax receipts, and execute targeted email campaigns. With features such as AI-driven donor insights and customizable dashboards, Keela empowers nonprofits to make data-informed decisions and enhance their fundraising strategies.</p> <h2><strong>What will you be doing (your role)?</strong></h2> <p><strong>Campaign Strategy, Development &amp; Execution</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Strategize, develop, and execute end-to-end integrated demand generation campaigns</strong> across paid media and paid social channels (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit) and review platforms (Capterra, Software Advice) to reach nonprofit marketing and fundraising audiences.</li> <li><strong>Lead both always-on and targeted campaigns</strong> including but not limited to those based on geolocation, sub-verticals, and competitive positioning, driving awareness, generating qualified leads, and accelerating pipeline growth.</li> <li><strong>Collaborate closely with Sales</strong> to develop and execute targeted, sales-assisted campaigns, ensuring alignment on outreach, follow-up, and lead handoff strategies.</li> <li><strong>Experiment with emerging trends and innovative ideas</strong> in campaign formats, creative approaches, and audience engagement to continuously challenge the status quo and improve performance.</li> <li><strong>Partner with Marketing Operations</strong> to track impact, measure effectiveness, and optimize campaigns based on performance data and conversion metrics.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Paid Media &amp; Channel Management</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Create, launch, and manage paid media campaigns</strong> across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and review platforms (Capterra, SoftwareAdvice), including ad creation, audience targeting, budget management, and performance monitoring.</li> <li><strong>Optimize campaigns through data-driven testing</strong> leveraging A/B experiments, creative testing, and conversion rate optimization to maximize ROI.</li> <li><strong>Identify new channel opportunities</strong>, partnerships, and sponsorships that expand reach and collaborate with Brand Marketing to support distribution for brand-led campaigns.</li> <li><strong>Manage paid media budgets strategically,</strong> ensuring optimal spend allocation and efficiency across all paid channels.</li> <li><strong>Partner with the external paid search agency</strong> to provide creative assets, review performance insights, and share recommendations for growth and cross-channel alignment.</li> <li>Track and report campaign performance regularly to identify trends, highlight learnings, and inform ongoing optimization.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>What we’re looking for (requirements):</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Demand Generation Expertise: </strong>5-7 years of experience<strong> </strong>in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, preferably within SaaS or technology companies.</li> <li><strong>Paid Media Management</strong>: Proven track record managing paid media and paid social campaigns.</li> <li><strong>Integrated Campaign Development</strong>: Experience developing integrated, multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and drive measurable revenue growth.</li> <li><strong>Creative Problem-Solver:</strong> Demonstrated success testing new formats, channels, and approaches to stand out in a competitive market.</li> <li><strong>Project Management:</strong> Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously</li> <li><strong>Data-Driven Approach:</strong> Experience using analytics tools to measure content distribution success and inform strategy.</li> <li><strong>Strong Collaboration:</strong> Demonstrated success collaborating with Sales and cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Brand, Design, Marketing Ops) to align campaigns with go-to-market priorities.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred Attributes</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience the nonprofit/social impact sector or familiarity with marketing to fundraising or donor-focused audiences.</li> <li>Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation and data platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay).</li> <li>Experienced in partnering with external agencies and vendors.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Why work with us?</strong></h2> <p>If you need more convincing, here’s the rest of it:</p> <ul> <li>💵 Salary – <strong>US: $110,000 - $125,000 USD, CAN: $103,500 - $125,000 CAD.</strong>&nbsp;Your base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, experience, and geographic location.</li> <li>🏝️ Paid Time Off</li> <ul> <li>Canada: Everyone gets 4 weeks paid leave plus 11 days of public holidays, as well as an ‘end of year shutdown’ which is an extra 2 week company holiday.
