What You’ll Do:

Team Lead Level A Technicians are responsible for training and coaching less qualified technicians by assuming training and coaching responsibility for a group of approximately four (4) technicians. Level A Technicians are responsible for diagnosing truck problems and performing truck repairs. Technicians create repair plans and fill out parts requisitions for needed parts. They are also responsible for tagging all warranty parts that are replaced and for turning in parts with core value. Technicians must also communicate updates to their Foreman daily and must maintain toolboxes organized and workstations clean and safe. Level A Technicians perform tasks and possess skills noted below and have efficiency ratings of 100% or above.

• Technicians with six (6) plus years’ experience.
• Performs at 100% efficiency or better.
• Mechanical aptitude. Positive attitude.
• Motivated

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Freightliner Heavy Duty Trucks Systems
• Freightliner Electrical Troubleshooting
• Specialist Certification
• Professional Certification
• Freightliner Electronic Systems Specialist Certification
• Class B CDL · ASE Test Passed
• Provides training, coaching and guidance to less experienced technicians

Compensation:

• $30-$40/hour depending on skills and experience
• Full Time position
