Media Producer, Betting & iCasino

Do you love turning ideas into impactful videos and thumb stopping creatives? Do you understand how content should look, feel, and behave across different digital and social channels? We are seeking a Media Producer to join our Growth & Sales team in the Sales & Marketing unit, serving both Betting and iCasino. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, performance oriented marketing content for our multichannel campaigns – with a strong focus on digital/social assets. You will work closely with performance marketers, planners, CRM and brand teams, as well as external agencies and partners.
Your main responsibilities
- Plan and produce video and visual content for a wide range of channels across our multichannel marketing – including social media, display, onsite placements, TV-partners and other digital environments.
- Create scripts and concepts for shortform video (e.g. social media, online video, stories, reels, on-screen inserts), ensuring the idea fits both the channel and the audience.
- Adapt assets efficiently for different platforms and formats (aspect ratios, durations, iterations for testing).
- Produce effective banners and tactical social media materials that support performance goals (acquisition, activation, retention) and are aligned with brand and responsible gaming guidelines.
- Use templates, tools, and automation where possible to streamline production and scale creatives without sacrificing quality.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and key messages – and translate these into engaging visual concepts.
- Work with external partners (creative agencies, partners, production companies, freelancers) – from briefing and feedback to reviewing and finalizing materials.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements, and responsible gaming standards.
- Continuously develop and refine our visual and video approach based on performance data, channel insights, and best practices.
- Developing creative automation and tools with a result-orientated mindset
You will thrive in this position if you have
- Strong hands-on skills in creating video and visual content for digital, social channels and partners (e.g. editing, motion graphics, basic animation, image editing).
- Experience scripting and structuring video content that works in different platforms and formats, especially social media and TV partnerships
- Demonstrated ability to produce banners and tactical performance creatives efficiently and at high quality.
- Comfort using tools and workflows that boost efficiency (templates, bulk production, automation features in creative tools, etc.).
- Experience collaborating with agencies and partners – you know how to brief clearly, give structured feedback, and manage deliverables and timelines.
- Experience developing creative tools and automation
- A portfolio that showcases your skills and thinking:

- A genuine interest in sports and sports culture. You don’t need to be an expert in every sport, but you follow sports actively enough to understand key events, rhythms, and fan perspectives – this is important for creating relevant and resonant content especially for our sports betting audiences.
- Ability to work in a high cadence, campaign-driven environment, handle multiple projects at once, and keep deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset – you enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Working proficiency in English; Finnish is an advantage.
Considered an advantage
- Experience in creating creatives for betting, gaming, mobile games, or other fast‑moving D2C / e‑commerce businesses.
- Familiarity with performance marketing and A/B testing – understanding how creative choices impact click‑through, conversion and engagement.
- Experience designing for different social and digital ad platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic/display).
- Basic understanding of web analytics and creative performance metrics.

Practicalities
Our headquarters is located in Helsinki, Finland, in which we work in hybrid model 3 days on-site. The position is permanent and full-time.
