About the Role


The Community Analyst role supports the growth, health, and strategic impact of Veeam’s global technical community ecosystem. This role sits within the Product Strategy organization and combines community operations, program management, technical content oversight and engagement.  This position ensures community programs including Veeam User Groups (VUGs), internal and external community programs and platforms operate efficiently and deliver measurable value to customers, partners and internal teams. 


The ideal candidate is community-centric, highly organized, technically curious and comfortable navigating between community members, product teams and cross-functional stakeholders.  


This position will have travel and includes some international travel. 


What You’ll Do



  • Interacting and administration of Veeam community members on various platforms and social media 

  • Managing community engagement 

  • Monitoring technical content 

  • Providing community member access to Veeam resources 

  • Presenting on community programs (internally and externally) 

  • Engaging in community activities (Veeam and non-Veeam) 

  • Identifying community opportunities  

  • Operate community programs 


What You’ll Bring



  • Bachelor’s Degree (University Degree) or related experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. (A combination of education and experience will be considered) 

  • Expert written, verbal and interpersonal communications with all levels of management 

  • Proven track record of running successful business programs 

  • Experience in managing and prioritizing own time to manage multiple tasks/projects to deliver programs on time 

  • Proven experience in analyzing and reporting on campaign results and leverage data results when developing new campaigns 

  • Experience in working with geographically and culturally diverse teams is a plus 

  • Leadership experience, either direct or indirect teams.
