Essential Job Statements
Console operators will be responsible for monitoring electronic security camera systems, alarm panels, intrusion detection, video cameras footage request, badge verification, and general access control, in addition to re-setting panic button alarms, code pink alarms, receiving and reacting to large call volume of request for access.
Console operators are also tasked with maintaining excellent customer service and communication skills.
Console operators must have the ability to multitask, be proficient in CCTV systems, Radio systems, computers, and MS Office.
Console operators may be asked to a flexible schedule to include weekends, holidays, days, evenings and midnight shifts.
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
Must be highly dependable, able to stay calm in stressful situations, and have a strong attention to detail. Further, must have a high level of confidentiality dealing with incidents and security techniques.
Ensure responsibility and visible commitment of diversity equity and inclusion strategy, programs, and initiatives through collaboration and implementation of initiatives across the health system.
