About the Medical Director Role

The Medical Director (MD) works in close partnership with field leadership and plays a key role in shaping the medical quality, culture, and patient care standards of the hospital. This role combines clinical excellence with hands-on leadership, mentorship, and operational partnership.

  • Provides mentorship, coaching, and support to veterinarians and the care team

  • Models a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture
