We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Veterinary Customer Service Representative (CSR) with veterinary assistant experience is a plus to join our dynamic team. If you love animals, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar
Answer client inquiries in person and over the phone with empathy and accuracy Handle client billing and payments
Assist with maintaining clinic records and documentation
Work alongside our veterinary team to ensure smooth clinic operations
Help With basic animal care duties as needed, leveraging your veterinary assistant experience
Support the team during busy times and assist with overflow tasks
Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
Assist with stocking supplies and keeping the front desk area fully stocked
Requirements:
Previous experience in a veterinary assistant or customer service role (1 years preferred)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work Saturdays and some holidays
Friendly, compassionate, and client-focused attitude
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficient with basic office software and veterinary management systems
Knowledge of veterinary terminology is a plus
