VaynerMedia is part of the VaynerX family of companies.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key areas of Responsibility:</strong><strong><br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Create content that makes impactful connections with consumers, measured by high attention metrics (views, likes, comments, etc).</li> <li>Serve as an algorithm-fluent editor with deep expertise in hooks, pacing, structure, and retention across social platforms — the primary owner of DJ-ing, remixing, and optimizing content to drive scalable performance.</li> <li>Principally accountable for performance tuning and platform success, turning good content into scalable content through continuous optimization and creative iteration.</li> <li>Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final videos, ensuring assets are optimized natively for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube — with a performance-creative mindset, not post-production only.</li> <li>Stay up to date with platform algorithms, emerging formats, creator trends, and editing techniques to keep content fresh, relevant, and competitive in feeds.</li> <li>Bring ideas to the table and participate in ideation, while recognizing that the core value of the role is making the work work through execution, testing, and optimization.</li> <li>Collaborate effectively with your teammates and cross functional departments on rapid fire requests and tight timelines.</li> <li>Attend creative brainstorms, kickoffs, and team meetings, contributing meaningful ideas and helping shape performance-driven strategy.</li> <li>Mentor Creators, and even in some cases Art Directors and Copywriters, on your team and across the agency; following the leadership of your A/CD, you help guide and educate on best practices, ideating, execution, and performance optimization.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience / Knowledge Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3 to 5 years professional creative experience, with a demonstrable passion for making creative content on a spectrum of media platforms - social, streaming, AR, music, film, interactive, etc.</li> <li>Proven experience as a video shooter/editor, preferably in advertising, digital media, or a related field.</li> <li>Solid understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, framing, and audio.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.</li> <li>Extraordinary content creation skills, capable of execution from start to finish, with a passion for various kinds of creative outlets including video and motion design</li> <li>Responsible, accountable, and self starter who demonstrates initiative</li> <li>Ability to collaborate with the individuals of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and positive results.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p class="p1"><span class="s1"><strong>Unsure if you meet the qualifications?</strong></span> We are always looking for talent which will continue to cultivate an inclusive and representative team that will enhance our perspectives, skill sets, background, and behaviors.&nbsp; We encourage those who are passionate about what we do to apply!</p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.&nbsp;</li> <li class="li1">Employer-sponsored 401k with match</li> <li class="li1">Medical, Dental, and vision coverage</li> <li class="li1">Unlimited PTO</li> <li class="li1">Caregiver (Parental) Leave</li> <li class="li1">Health and Wellness benefits</li> </ul></div><div class="title">Base Salary</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$70,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$90,000 USD</span></div></div></div>
