Clinician Success Manager 

The Clinician Success Manager (CLSM) is a newly created hybrid role supporting integration of Cozeva’s provider-facing model into Vatica’s broader framework. The role begins with a dual focus across Product and Provider Engagement, supporting  CozevaConnect workflow integration, provider adoption, and performance improvement—primarily for existing  Cozeva practices. Over time, it transitions into a full-time Provider Engagement Manager role. 

The CLSM plays a pivotal role in driving provider adoption by facilitating best practice implementation to improve quality and risk performance. This role will be responsible for engaging providers/practices, training users at different levels of support, and driving measurable outcomes. This role requires customer service, project management and relationship building skills. 

Responsibilities: 

Integration & Product Collaboration (Initial Phase) 

  • Support  EHR integration (CozevaConnect) and onboarding. 
  • Identify workflow barriers and collaborate internally on optimization. 
  • Gather provider insights to inform product enhancements. 
  • Support rollout of platform enhancements and training materials. 

  

Provider Adoption, Engagement & Training 

  • Lead outreach to drive provider adoption of Cozeva and Vatica tools. 
  • Deliver tiered training sessions and hands-on workflow support. 
  • Conduct on-site practice visits for optimization, as needed. 

 

 

 

Performance Monitoring & Insights Delivery 

  • Analyze provider usage and performance data. 
  • Deliver data-driven insights and identify improvement opportunities. 
  • Track KPIs and provide structured feedback to internal teams. 

  

Standard Provider Engagement Responsibilities (Long-Term Transition) 

  • Manage a territory/book of business. 
  • Develop strategic engagement plans. 
  • Influence provider behavior to improve quality and risk outcomes. 
  • Resolve escalations and maintain documentation in Salesforce. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 
  • 3+ years in provider engagement, customer success, or value-based care. 
  • Experience with health systems, ACOs, payers, or provider enablers. 
  • Experience with healthcare technology adoption or EHR-enable workflows. 
  • Strong project management and communication skills. 
  • Experience with EMR/EHR systems, large enterprise health systems and/or CIN/IPA entities. 
  • Familiarity with HCC risk adjustment, HEDIS/Stars, ACO metrics. 
  • CRM (Salesforce) and data visualization tools experience. 
  • Experience with clinicians, coding, or billing staff. 
  • 25-30% travel may be required

The projected compensation range for the position may vary based on these factors and could range from $80,000 to $100,000 (annualized USD).
