This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the community, building strong relationships, and making a meaningful impact every day.   Kinship foster families step up during critical moments. In this role, we serve as a vital link, connecting families to resources, stability, and support so children can remain safely with the people who love them. This is a community-based position that goes beyond a traditional office setting working directly with families in their homes and communities, helping them navigate systems, solve problems, and achieve long-term stability. Evening, weekend, or holiday work may be required based on program needs. Community-based staff are considered essential workers.
