Team & Opportunity
You’ll oversee the ongoing health and performance of our multi-asset investment products (managed funds, ETFs, and managed accounts), act as a trusted expert to both internal teams and clients and work closely with partners across the business to continually enhance product quality, competitiveness, and commercial impact.
Core responsibilities
Lead, develop and manage team performance.
Serve as a multi-asset investment expert, supporting sales and relationship teams, engaging with clients, and representing Vanguard at industry events.
Identify opportunities to enhance Vanguard’s multi-asset lineup to better meet the needs of investors
Oversee analysis and strategy for multi-asset product opportunities, manage cross functional project teams, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
Build strong internal stakeholder relationships, leveraging client and sales insights to assess product health and drive ongoing product improvements and positioning.
Provide product thought leadership, create technical marketing content, support product launches, coordinate internal training, and contribute to research agendas to enhance client and business outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
CFA Preferred.
Extensive experience in similar roles, including experience in product management and investment analysis/strategy
