Job Description

JOB REQUISITION: PRODUCTION PLANNER 

 

La persona seleccionada será responsable de planificar, coordinar y dar seguimiento a las actividades de producción, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos, la eficiencia operativa y la correcta alineación entre los diferentes equipos implicados. Trabajará bajo instrucciones genéricas basadas en procedimientos, manuales y directrices del responsable, con un nivel de supervisión ocasional. 

 

Responsabilidades: 

 

  • Gestión y planificación de la producción, supervisando el estado de los proyectos desde su concepción hasta la entrega. 

  • Colaboración con diferentes áreas internas y contactos frecuentes con otros centros de la empresa o con entidades externas. 

  • Detección de errores propios o ajenos que puedan impactar a otras áreas y producir pérdidas de tiempo, con capacidad para anticiparlos o corregirlos cuando ocurren. 

  • Apoyo puntual en la formación de nuevas incorporaciones dentro del área. 

  • Trabajo siguiendo instrucciones generales y buenas prácticas definidas en procedimientos y manuales. 

 

Requisitos: 

 

  • Formación profesional de grado medio o equivalente. 

  • Cursos complementarios relacionados con producción, planificación o herramientas digitales. 

  • Experiencia previa en funciones similares de mínimo nueve meses. 

  • Valorable experiencia en gestión de proyectos o coordinación operativa. 

  • Idiomas: Inglés imprescindible. 

  • Uso avanzado de herramientas informáticas: 

 

  • Windows y herramientas de automatización (Power Automate). 

  • Ofimática avanzada, especialmente Excel (PowerQuery). 

  • Sistemas de gestión empresarial (ERP). 

  • Power BI. 

 

Competencias y habilidades: 

 

  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas, organizativas y de resolución de problemas. 

  • Excelentes capacidades de comunicación e interacción con distintos equipos y partes interesadas. 

  • Conocimiento experto en herramientas de gestión de proyectos. 

  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y responsable en la ejecución de sus propias tareas.
