Electrical Project Engineer

Job Description

Your position

- Design and document complete electrical systems, from power distribution to control diagrams.

- Prepare bills of materials and detailed documentation for manufacturing and installation.

- Create and maintain control and network layouts using Industrial Ethernet, PROFINET, PROFIBUS, and AS-i bus.

- Collaborate with mechanical and controls engineers within a multidisciplinary project team.

- Support commissioning teams with testing and validation of the electrical installation.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of CAD tools and engineering processes.

Your core activities

- Designing the electrical part of the system.
- Detailing the design to release electrical equipment specifications.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with other engineers and professionals to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required standard.
- Follow the company's internal procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.

Your profile

- Successful completed education at degree in Electrical Engineering

- Experience in electrical system design and knowledge of industrial networks (PROFIBUS, PROFINET, AS-i bus, Industrial Ethernet).

- Familiarity and knowledge of Electrical design tools such as AutoCad and Eplan.

- Solid understanding of power distribution systems.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing in English and Spanish.

- An entrepreneurial spirit, anticipating and mitigating project risks, and dealing with issues in a practical environment.

- A cooperative mindset, enthusiastic to work in multidisciplinary.
