- Razvijanje i implementacija procedura preventivnog održavanja
- Planiranje, organizovanje i nadzor korektivnog održavanja
- Praćenje i analiza podataka o održavanju, kao i identifikacija trendova
- Priprema i dostavljanje izveštaja o održavanju, uključujući izveštaje eksternih izvođača
- Unos, ažuriranje i održavanje CMMS sistema, uključujući vođenje istorije održavanja
- Priprema zahteva za nabavku (PR) i porudžbenica (PO)
- Kontrola i odobravanje svih radnih naloga (gatekeeping radnih naloga)
- Prikupljanje, sistematizacija i arhiviranje tehničke i kataloške dokumentacije
- Održavanje arhive tehničke dokumentacije
- Formiranje i priprema dokumentacije potrebne za odobravanje faktura za održavanje
- Planiranje i koordinacija angažovanja eksternih servisa
- Učešće u procesu prikupljanja i analize ponuda za potrebe sektora održavanja i investicija
- Podrška planiranju rezervnih delova i saradnja sa skladištem
