• Guarantee your contribution in monitoring all the sales KPIs and orient your efforts in order to make more efficient all the activities in store, in relation to the directives you will receive from the Store Manager
• Guarantee the implementation of the company's guidelines within the Store regarding replenishment, visual plan, CRM, always in relation to Store Manager directives and considerations
• Offer proactive collaboration to the entire sales team, contributing personally to achieving the store's turnover objectives

You are our candidate if:

• You have excellent relational and communication skills
• You have proven experience of, at least 2 years, in a similar role in the fashion sector in contexts characterized by assisted sales
• If you do not have concrete experience, You are the right candidate if you have the strong will and desire to be part of a structured community and efficient work team in which grow as a retail professional
• You have orientation towards results and the achievement of objectives
• Flexibility
• Very good standing
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Very good knowledge of English and German
• Very good knowledge of Office Suite
