Responsibilities
Vos missions:
- Délivrer une expérience client d’excellence, orientée client first
- Maîtriser et incarner la cérémonie de vente : accueil personnalisé, découverte des besoins, storytelling produit, closing et fidélisation
- Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs commerciaux dans un contexte exigeant
- Contribuer activement au standing, au merchandising et à l’image de marque
Qualifications
Profil recherché
- 4 à 5 ans d’expérience minimum sur un poste similaire dans le luxe
- Forte culture de la performance commerciale
- Leadership naturel sur le floor et exemplarité
- Anglais courant indispensable
