Responsibilities:

A Sales Assistant is responsible for providing personalized client experience, building strong client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales objectives. 

Client and Business oriented

• Represent Aquazzura as an Ambassador of the brand;
• Play an active role on the shop floor;
• Build up a loyal Clientele;
• Product knowledge and sensitivity to competitors’ trading activities.

Boutique performance / Client Service

• Meet Individual and Boutique sales targets and consignment goals;
• Constantly improve quality of service, meet and exceed customer expectations.

Operations

• Work within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company;
• Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfers, payments, customer data base, etc.);
• Attach price tags to merchandise on the shop floor;
• Support the organization of back of house, stock rooms, maintenance rooms, alterations, shipping, etc. in accordance with Company’s standards;
• Be involved in Stock and Inventory maintenance;
• Report discrepancies and problems to the Supervisor/ Store Manager;
• Maintain merchandising standards.

Boutique Facility and Maintenance

• Support Boutique facilities (cleaning, repairs etc.);
• Oversee maintenance and clean Boutique environment.

• Excellent customer and service attitude;
• Strong communication skills;
• Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts;
• Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant applications.
• English speaker; foreign languages are a plus.
