About the role

We’re looking for a dynamic Floor Manager to lead from the front, inspire the team, and drive strong commercial results. You’ll deliver exceptional customer experiences, support store leadership, and help bring the REISS brand to life through high standards, passion, and professionalism.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll lead by example, bringing the brand to life through exceptional personal styling, presence, and storytelling—while inspiring the team to do the same. You’ll create a positive, supportive environment where wellbeing is prioritised, achievements are celebrated, and people feel empowered to perform at their best.

You’ll drive performance through strong leadership, coaching, and clear communication, maintaining high standards across customer experience, store presentation, and operational excellence. With a strong focus on personal growth and development, you’ll nurture talent through training, feedback, and one-to-one support, helping the team build confidence and progress in their careers.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in a supervisory or floor management role within fashion or premium retail

• Passion for styling, brand storytelling, and exceptional customer service

• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills

• Confidence driving sales performance and KPIs

• Highly organised, calm under pressure, and detail-focused
