Responsibilities

 Under the supervision of the Manager, your missions will include :

  • Welcome and advise a demanding clientele with professionalism, offering a personalized and unforgettable experience;
  • Embody excellence as a role model for the team, conveying the quality values specific to our brand;
  • Ensure scrupulous compliance with company processes, guidelines and standards, in order to maintain the brand's prestigious image;
  • Manage merchandising and inventory with care and precision, ensuring optimal layout and impeccable product presentation;
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets, by developing strategies geared towards commercial excellence;
  • Master performance indicators and use steering tools with expertise, to ensure optimal management and continuous growth.

Qualifications

  • You have at least 2 years' experience in the luxury goods sector, enabling you to achieve excellent sales performance while offering quality service.
  • Versatile, available and rigorous, you are attentive to the needs of our customers to better advise them and win their loyalty.
  • Your dynamism, professionalism and taste for a challenge are essential assets for success in this role.
  • A second language is a plus.
