Responsibilities
- Du bist Teil des Store Management Teams und verantwortest deinen eigenen Aufgabenbereich
- Unterstützung des/der Store Manager:in bei strategischen Entscheidungen und der Erreichung der Umsatzziele
- Unterstützung deines Teams auf der Fläche
- Umsetzung vielfältiger verkaufsfördernder Maßnahmen
- Effizientes Flächenmanagement

Qualifications
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Textile Einzelhandelserfahrung
- Grundkenntnisse in Einzelhandels-KPIs
- Leidenschaft für Mode und Trends
- Solide Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte Teamorientierung
- Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
