Role Summary

We are looking for a versatile and proactive Growth & Lead Generation Specialist to drive the commercial engine for Ask-Nova, our AI-driven CRM companion. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with AI products, enjoys experimenting, and wants real ownership in shaping how a product is taken to market.  We are looking for a "builder" who can manage the entire lead lifecycle—from designing creative content that sparks interest to nurturing and converting those leads into the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management (Primary Focus)

  • Lead Stewardship: Take ownership of the lead pipeline, ensuring every prospect is nurtured and moved efficiently through the funnel.
  • Process Building: Help define and establish robust sales outreach processes to ensure sustainable growth for Ask-Nova.
  • Campaign Execution: Utilize CRM and Marketing Automation platforms to launch and monitor lead generation workflows.
  • Outreach Strategy: Proactively identify new market opportunities and initiate contact with potential clients.

2. Marketing Design & Content Creation

  • Social Presence: Design and write high-impact LinkedIn posts and digital assets that highlight the value of AI-driven strategic insights.
  • Email Marketing: Create and manage automated mailing campaigns and newsletters to educate prospects and keep the Ask-Nova brand top-of-mind.
  • Visual Collateral: Use design tools to create professional flyers, infographics, and sales materials that align with our brand identity.

3. Strategy & Product Collaboration

  • Positioning: Partner with Business and Product Owners to refine messaging, strategy, and market positioning.
  • Market Feedback: Provide "light touch" support to the Product team by sharing insights from the field to help shape the AI roadmap.
  • Analytics: Measure and analyze the impact of marketing and outreach efforts to drive continuous improvement in conversion rates.

4. Account Management & Coaching

  • Client Success: Support specific client accounts with account management and light coaching to ensure they are getting maximum value from the AI companion.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Lead Generation, Growth Marketing, or Sales Development, ideally within B2B SaaS or AI.
  • Industry exposure: experience supporting commercial activities in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is a strong plus.
  • Creative Tools: Hands-on experience with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, or similar) to create social media and email content.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms is essential.
  • Communication: Strong copywriting and storytelling skills; able to translate "AI features" into "business value."
  • Languages: English proficiency is required; Spanish is a significant plus.
  • Mindset: A self-starter who enjoys the "hunting" phase of sales and the "creating" phase of marketing.
