We are seeking a People and Culture HR Administrator to join our central team. Based in our offices in Salford Quays this role is pivotal in supporting our hotels and wider central teams in driving our people strategy, ensuring our teams are engaged, inspired, and aligned with our company values.

You'll support with recruitment & onboarding, signpost ER cases to the Cluster People & Culture Managers and foster a positive work environment to enhance employee satisfaction and retention, and oversee performance management processes. 

Additionally, you'll coordinate development programs, help ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies, and analyse HR data to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:We are seeking someone with proven experience as an HR administrator, preferably in the hospitality industry. Excellent communication abilities, and a the ability to work as part of a team are essential. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, passionate about people, and committed to our company values.
