Service Enginees position and located in Cikarang, Indonesia
Perform maintenance services in customer sites.
We are actively looking for a service engineer. Serve customers to maximize their performance, bring values & reliability to Valmet by delivering best services and relationship based on agreement.
Areas of responsibility :
Providing technical services such as maintenance and troubleshooting of the existing installed base per agreement.
Participating in project and schedule maintenance implementation, installation supervision, commissioning, start-up and documentation.
Preparing and providing training for our customers if needed.
Supporting service sales to help us achieve annual budgetary targets.
May manage technician.
May plan the small-scale project.
Comply with customers and Valmet HSE rules.
Perform according to Quality, Safety, Environmental and other company’s’ management system, policies, practices and instructions.
Basic requirements of the position:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related filed with over 7 years experiences in service.
At least 3 years work experience in a relevant field and prior experience in paper making process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
A flexible approach to work, including the willingness and ability to travel frequently.
Willing to learn and expose to new challenges with good cooperation, positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
Result oriented mindset and self-accountability.

What you'll do
- The Service Engineer will provide technical services such as maintenance and troubleshooting at customer sites, and participate in project implementation and training. They will also support service sales and ensure compliance with HSE rules and company policies.
