Your Mission

As Supply Center Manager, you will lead end-to-end supply center operations, ensuring reliable, cost-efficient, and compliant deliveries while developing a high-performing team and strong supplier network.

You will:

  • Drive delivery performance, resource planning, and operational excellence across production, warehousing, logistics, and system testing
  • Lead S&OP execution, capacity planning, and inventory optimization in line with Global Supply guidelines
  • Collaborate with Global Category Management and suppliers to secure competitive, reliable, and sustainable sourcing
  • Ensure quality, HSE, and trade compliance standards are fully implemented
  • Build team capability, foster a culture of accountability, courage, trust, and collaboration, and execute key HR processes

This role is part of Valmet’s Global Supply organization and plays a key role in North American and global delivery operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, logistics, automation, or business
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in supply chain, production, or operations
  • Experience with S&OP, inventory management, and procurement development
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and analytics tools (Excel, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of quality systems, HSE, and global trade compliance
