Job Duty & Responsibility：
Lead WUX location (include Guojin office) HSE management in Y2026. Lead ZBO location HSE management. The main duties as below.
- Maintain ISO14001& ISO45001 management system, optimize and develop process which can serve to enhance goals of whole organization.. Lead audit activities.
- Establish, maintain and optimize WUX location's HSE management, ensure HSE compliance and smooth operation among location operations.
- Support location to develop comprehensive HSE strategy, KPI indicators, operation key initiatives. Regular review HSE key performance indicator with WUX management team.
- Develop and maintain Valmet data system effectively (such as incident and safety observation reporting).
- HSE laws and regulation collection and assessment, to make sure meet requirement.
- Make the 1st level HSE training and follow the 2nd and 3rd level training for newcomers and the operators who change the position.
- Supervise of high-risk work permit (such as the hot work permit, confined space operation) to keep mini safety requirement etc.
- Do the daily inspection in WUX location and make records to follow rectification.
- Support owner to investigate and analysis, record the incident and near miss, follow up and verify the corrective action.
- Hazardous waste room and solid waste management well with local team.
- Lead HSE “three simultaneous” for project.
- Coordinate employee occupational health medical check, build up the employee’s occupational health archive and follow.
- Lead emergency response plans and organize different scenario drills.
- Follow and make sure HSE calendar to implement in time.
Job Requirement & Qualification：
- Bachelor’s in engineering, more than 5 years’ work experience.
- Deep understanding of local HSE law & regulation.
- Have good knowledge for ISO14001&ISO45001management system.
- Willing to take responsibility and work under high performance driven culture.
- Competence to work in Matrix team.
- Professional, experienced coach for projects & process-developments.
- Skilled in communication in Chinese, prefer to good English.
- Prefer in good computer skills.
- Prefer to national safety engineering certification.

What you'll do
- The HSE Engineer will lead HSE management at the WUX and ZBO locations, ensuring compliance and optimizing processes. Responsibilities include maintaining ISO management systems, conducting audits, and developing HSE strategies.
