We are looking for a Global Technology Manager Doctoring Products to continue driving growth and develop Valmet service Doctor Products offering (blades & holders) worldwide. You will manage and develop our doctoring products business together with our skilled area teams. This position is permanent Poland (Jelenia Góra) or Finland ( Vantaa, Tampere or Jyväskylä)
Manage and develop the global doctoring products offering, including supply chain and pricing models.
Drive commercial activities: product marketing, test runs, lead generation and sales support.
Support customers through audits, product trials, problem solving and training, providing data‑based improvement proposals.
Develop and train regional Product Sales Managers while collaborating closely with engineering, production units and the supply chain.
Ensure global knowledge transfer, manage references and contribute to internal training and marketing materials.
Master’s degree in paper/process technology, engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of international Pulp & Paper experience.
Strong understanding of doctoring processes; experience with doctoring products is an advantage.
Customer‑focused and sales‑driven mindset, with strong resilience and the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
Solid analytical, strategic and communication skills, supported by good IT literacy (ERP/PLM/CRM; CAD tools are a plus).
Ability to train and support others, and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 100 days/year).
