We’re looking for a Field Service Development Manager to lead the growth, efficiency, and quality of our field service operations. In this key role, you’ll design and implement strategies that enable field service growth, enhance service delivery, and create value for our customers.
Location: Jelenia Gora, Bilbao or Zaragoza
What you’ll do?
Execute strategies to drive field service growth and enhance customer experience
Drive business development opportunities within field services such as spare parts’ spin-off sales, lead generation from FSE report and maintenance plan tasks
Identify and implement process improvements to maximize field technician productivity and service efficiency, e.g., by utilizing AI capabilities and developing training programs
Lead and participate in initiatives to adopt digital tools (e.g., remote diagnostics, @Field, SER Vault).
Identify locally implemented good practices and process / system capabilities and implement them globally
Develop field service specialists’ role further, to enable balance between high season and low season works
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
What we’re looking for?
Minimum Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, business administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of field service management or development experience in industrial equipment, heavy machinery, or a related sector.
Familiarity with field service management tools, CRM systems, and remote diagnostics technologies.
Proven track record of improving service operations and driving customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Effective written and oral communication skills in English is a must!
Willingness to travel as needed.
Additional skills :
Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent process improvement certification.
Experience with IoT-enabled service solutions for industrial machinery.
