About this role
We are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in boiler systems and mechanical engineering to support our service and troubleshooting operations in Japan.

As Service Engineer (Boiler Systems), you will play a key role in providing technical support, on-site inspections, and advisory services for boilers and related equipment. You will also assist in troubleshooting and collaborate with our headquarters engineers to resolve issues, while supporting sales activities with your technical knowledge.
Your tasks will include
- Preparing quotations for boiler-related parts and arranging technical instructor dispatch
- Performing on-site inspections for boilers, scrubbers, etc., and providing advisory and instructor services
- Troubleshooting: Communicating with headquarters engineers to resolve issues with delivered equipment
- Supporting sales by understanding headquarters’ technology and assisting the sales team
- Handling other special assignments as required
Requirements
- Knowledge of boilers and energy-related technologies
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken)
