Ihre Aufgaben:
Betreuung unserer innovativen Prozess- und Qualitätsleitsysteme – vor Ort bei Kunden und remote
Durchführung präventiver Wartungen sowie Analyse und Behebung von Störungen
Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von Automatisierungsprojekten
Direkter Kundenkontakt und Pflege guter Beziehungen
Ihr Profil:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker
Fundierte technische Kenntnisse und hohe Motivation
Erfahrung in systematischer Fehlersuche und Störungsbehebung
Idealerweise Kenntnisse aus der Papier- oder Kraftwerksindustrie
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
Teamgeist und Bereitschaft zu mehrtägigen Dienstreisen

What you'll do
- The role involves supporting innovative process and quality control systems both on-site with customers and remotely, which includes performing preventive maintenance and analyzing/resolving faults. Additionally, the engineer will participate in the implementation of automation projects and maintain direct customer relationships.
