At the Valeo plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice, we manufacture powertrain systems that support the reduction of fuel consumption and lower exhaust emissions. This includes starters, air throttles, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valves, electromechanical actuators, and innovative electric drives.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the LV product test strategy based on customer and Valeo standards.
Lead and manage a team of 6 validation staff.
Coordinate all validation activities (functional, system, environmental, mechanical).
Execute the Validation Plan (DV/PV) and manage test resources/budget with the R&D team's.
Support project teams with risk and compatibility analysis.
Oversee the development of necessary test equipment.
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Engineering.
Minimum 3 years experience in the testing/validation field.
Very good knowledge of Electro-Mechanical principles.
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
Proficiency in English and Polish.
Willingness to collaborate with international teams.
Nice-to-have: Familiarity and ability to apply AI tools.
