As a Test & Validation Design Leader in Valeo Martos you will have the opportunity to work with the most powerful carmaker companies in the electronics development working in an international and multicultural environment
Accountable for :
Complying with Engineering disciplines processes and Design Rules:
Plan, monitor and control activities according to Engineering discipline PD of his/her PG/PL following CPM (CLEAN Project Management)
In charge of the robust design / validation in line with the economical targets
Review Internal requirements, Customer Requirements, Specifications
Perform or support design calculations / simulations / coding / associated acceptance tests
Applies Standardization rules, exceptionally will request de standardizations based on justifications
Responsible for Engineering discipline design reviews preparation
Interface with the customer for the Engineering discipline content
Report and escalate to the Product Technical Manager/Leader/Engineer and his Hierarchical
Responsible for the detailed scheduling and budgeting
Contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipments, investments
Establish detail breakdown of the activities to meet the milestones
Follow activities and spending of his scope to meet his allowed budget and timing
Management of the contributors
Daily management of his group
Assign to them the needed work packages
Regular review with his/her Hierarchical to check alignment between needs and availabilities
To be able to be selected for this position, you need to fill the next requirements:
Engineering degree.
Experience of technical testing within the automotive industry.
Knowledge of electrotechnics.
Good level of English (minimum of B2-C1).
Be result oriented, commitment to teamwork within an international environment.
Professionalism and transparency.
Geographical mobility (one-site position)
Passion for the automotive industry.

What you'll do
- The Test & Validation Design Leader is accountable for complying with engineering processes and managing design validation in line with economic targets. This includes interfacing with customers, preparing design reviews, and managing resources and budgets.
