Job Summary
The Process/Project Trainee will gain hands-on experience in industrial processes and project management within a manufacturing environment, supporting the optimization and implementation of operational efficiencies.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the analysis of existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
Support the development and implementation of new processes, tools, and methodologies.
Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
Collect and analyze data to assess project progress and process performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering, to achieve project goals.
Document process flows, work instructions, and project reports.
Support problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
Learn and apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for management review.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or currently pursuing final year).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial automation is a plus.
* Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English (written and spoken).
