Does a sparkling home make you smile? We’d love to have you join our housekeeping team this season! We’re looking for hard working individuals to professionally clean our vacation home properties and ensure our guests arrive to a welcoming environment that’s clean and fully stocked with everything they need for a memorable vacation.</p> <p>This is a seasonal position. Employment dates begin as soon as 11/1/25 and work through end of season on or around 4/15/26.<em> </em>As a part-time, seasonal position, exact schedule and hours are varied based on the needs of the business and may fluctuate from one week to the next.</p> <p><strong>Compensation</strong></p> <ul> <li>$20.50 CAD / hour. Actual pay will vary based on a candidate's skill, experience, education and/or location.</li> <li>Seasonal Bonus Details: $1000 paid at end of the season if employee completes entire winter season.</li> <li>More benefits and company perks information below.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong></p> <ul> <li>Professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standards.</li> <li>Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces.&nbsp;</li> <li>Move all reasonably portable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind.</li> <li>Assist with laundry and linen as needed.</li> <li>Create a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring homes are clean and cared for.</li> <li>Identify and note any damages or needed repairs to homes. Create maintenance tickets as necessary.</li> <li>Collect and remove trash and debris.&nbsp;</li> <li>Meet and maintain required Housekeeping metrics.</li> <li>Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings.</li> <li>Replenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products.</li> <li><em>Other duties as assigned because every day is different in hospitality!</em></li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills + Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.</li> <li>Prior housekeeping experience is a bonus but not required - we can train!</li> <li>Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications and comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and various software platforms.</li> <li>Dependable and prepared. Showing up on time and ready to go is key to creating great stays for our guests and peace of mind for our homeowners.</li> <li>Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.</li> <li>Comfortable talking to people—online or in person—and being able to share information in a way that’s clear, thoughtful, and represents the company in a positive way always.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Workplace Environment + Physical Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work may take place indoors or outdoors, in a variety of settings including private homes, resorts,— often in varying weather conditions.</li> <li>We’re in hospitality and our schedules can change based on guest and homeowner needs. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
