Responsibilities

  • Create, updates and close work order in CMMS Maximo
  • Maintain accurate Asset Inventory and Condition Ratings in CMMS Maximo
  • Ensure compliance with response and completion times for work orders based on priorities established in the contract for work group(s) assigned.
  • Monitor work order status changes for assigned work group(s)
  • Analyze work orders for any discrepancies.
  • Ensure work groups comply with contractual response and completion time for CM job orders based on priority.
  • Ensures smooth workload of PMs to avoid peaks and valleys within the schedule.
  • Ensures appropriate job and safety plans are assigned to locations and assets.
  • Ensures the reliability, completeness, and accuracy of the CMMS (MAXIMO) Database.
  • Builds preventive maintenance schedule for new assets.
  • Provide expertise on Work and Asset Management best practices.
  • Implement Productivity, Quality and Customer Service standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports accurately and on a timely manner.
  • Monitors and provides Work Order Status information to the Wok Control Supervisor or Production Control Manager for reporting to higher management.
  • Provide a safe work environment for employees, visitors and customers IAW Company and installation established Environment, Safety and Health (ESH) standards.

Qualifications

  • Education/Experience Requirements
  • Education/Certifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
  • Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card for Government Systems (CAC)
  • Experience:
  • Must have significant data knowledge using excel or CMMS software for asset management and maintenance.
  • Previous experience in a customer service position and automated processing data system input skills is a must.
  • Prior experience working in the US Military or Government Contracting environment.

  • Demonstrates a professional demeanor, work effectively with all levels of employees, including top, middle and other supervisory levels of management.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to deliver training on his/her area of expertise to the lowest level.
  • Ability to write procedural documents related to his/her functional area.
  • Ability to exercise direction and good judgment, possess high-level organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to communicate well orally and in written English.
  • Possess an advanced level of computer skills in the use of creating databases, spreadsheets and knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
  • Generally conducted in an office or shop environment but duties may involve outdoor activities with
  • the potential exposure to extreme climatic conditions. Work will require work in areas where potential exists for exposure to extreme ambient temperatures. Work related activities may require use of Personal Protective Equipment including but not limited to head, foot, hand, torso, respiratory, vision and hearing protective devices.
  • Compliance required with OSHA, EPA, Fire Regulations and Company work policies.
  • Work will require no lifting over 50 lbs. but will require stooping, climbing, prolonged sitting or standing.
