Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data and digital projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and V2 strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues proactively.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain project momentum and team engagement.
• Monitor project performance using relevant metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in project management or consultancy within the Information Technology or digital services industry.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience leading agile project teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Technical expertise in software development processes and digital solutions delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and capacity to adapt to changing priorities.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.
