Work Schedule

100% FTE, Day/Evening shifts.  Core working hours are between 6:30 am and 5 pm Monday – Sunday.  Employee will work four 10-hour shifts per week.  The weekend assignment is every third Saturday and Sunday. 

 Pay:

  • Pay range is based on a full-time (100%) position. 
  • Additional components of compensation may include: 
    • Weekend differential
  • Relocation assistance may be available for qualified applicants

 Come grow your nursing career  as a RN - Clinical Program Coordinator at the John Wall Drive Clinic.  This clinic currently provides testing for respiratory illnesses, such as influenza, strep throat, COVID-19, and RSV and vaccinates patient while they remain in their vehicle. Nurses also perform blood pressure checks, TB skin testing, Depo Provera and B12 injections. This is an evolving department with multiple opportunities for process improvement and diversification as the program grows.

 We are seeking an experienced RN (Registered Nurse) to

  • Serve as the point of contact for the clinical staff during shifts.
  • Coordinate patient care and delegate tasks effectively to ensure optimal healthcare delivery.
  • Promote a safe environment for patients and staff by addressing risks and concerns and ensure that workflows and daily tasks adhere to organizational policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements. 
  • Coordinate efficient, safe and timely program development and quality improvement in conjunction leadership.
  • Actively participate and/or lead in the development and implementation of goals, strategies, and tactics to support the continued growth and success of the program.
  • Lead work groups and committees to address operational, quality, and safety initiatives. 
  • Participate in community education and outreach programs and coordinate patient and referring provider activities.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Nursing Required
  • Master's Degree in nursing or related field Preferred

Work Experience

  • 3 years nursing care experience Required
  • Experience in an academic medical center as well as ambulatory clinic nursing experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Registered Nurse, Licensed by the State of Wisconsin Required
  • ACLS certification Preferred
