Work Schedule:
90% FTE, full-time. Day shift 3 12-hour shifts, E/O weekend rotation, 2 holidays annually. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital.
Additional components of compensation may include:
- Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
- Overtime
- On-call pay

Qualifications
Successful completion of a phlebotomy course and/or one year of phlebotomy experience. Required
Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
Licenses and Certifications
CPR Certification. Preferred

What you'll do
- This role involves performing phlebotomy duties, working 90% FTE across three 12-hour shifts per week, including an every-other-weekend rotation and covering two holidays annually. The position is based at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL.
