Work Schedule: 
This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position.  Shifts will be scheduled Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.  Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Patient Access Representative - Ambulatory to:

  • Enter and verify demographic and insurance information, identify and collect patient financial obligations, and register or admit patients.
  • Promote a positive patient and family experience, exhibit empathy, engage in compassionate collections, and demonstrate strong communication skills.
  • Cover a variety of clinic locations and hours as needed.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Associate's Degree in Business, Finance. Health Information Management or related field Preferred
Work Experience
  • 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field Required
  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare, call center, business, financial or insurance related field Preferred
