About this role

Work Schedule:

  • Part Time – Full Time: 24-40 hours per week, Includes weekends and a Holiday assignment. 
    • Shift Options:
      • Day/Evening: 7:00am-3:30pm, 7:00am-7:30pm, and 3:00pm-11:30pm
      • Evening/Night: 3:00pm-11:30pm, 7:00pm-7:30am, 11:00pm-7:30am
      • Day/Night: 7:00am-7:30pm, 7:00am-3p and 7:00pm-7:30am, 11p-7:30am
      • Night: 7:00pm-7:30am, 11:00 pm-7:30am

Pay:

  • External hires may be eligible for up to a $3000 sign on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE)
  • Additional components of compensation may include: 
    • Shift differentials: $3/hour evening, $4/hour night and $3.25/hour weekend differential as applicable for hours worked 
    • Overtime

We are seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA, NA) to:

  • Be a supportive partner with Registered Nurses on General Care, Intermediate Care, ICU/Critical Care, and Pediatrics units.
  • Provide direct physical care and basic nursing procedures and treatments in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. NAs will assist with activities of daily living, repositioning, transfers, patient mobility, and intentional rounding.
  • Interact and engage with visitors, patients, and their family members to establish a trusting relationship to provide high quality care.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of State of Wisconsin approved Nurse Aid Training Program Required
Work Experience:
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Nursing Assistant Preferred
Licenses & Certifications:
  • Listed on the State of Wisconsin Nurse Assistant/Home Health Aid Registry Upon Hire Required
  • BLS/CPR certification within 3 months Required
