About this role
Work Schedule:
100% FTE, full-time. Day shift. Monday-Friday 7am-330pm. Rotating weekends. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital.
Additional components of compensation may include:
- Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
- Overtime
- On-call pay

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Required
- Two (2) year technical diploma. Preferred
Work Experience
- Four (4) year mechanical maintenance experience or formal training.
- Four (4) year mechanical maintenance experience or formal training in a healthcare setting.
Licenses & Certifications
- NFPA 99 6040 Certification (within 6 months of hire). Required
- Building Operators Certification (BOMA / ASHRAE / ASHE / OTHER). Preferred
- EPA Refrigerant Certification. Preferred
- If position requires driving a company vehicle, the following requirements apply:
• Must be 21 years of age to drive a UW Health Fleet vehicle and must be 25 years of age to drive a UW Health vehicle rated for 15 or more passengers.
• Ability to be insured by Hospital’s risk management insurer which requires (1) a valid Driver’s License and (2) successfully passing a driving background check.
