JOB SUMMARY
Deploy equipment (PC, printers, UPSs, mobile carts, peripherals, etc.) according to equipment lifecycle schedules. Help to deploy replacement machines and perform cable management. Receive inventory from loading dock, unbox, assemble, store, and organize the inventory within our designated storage locations. Ensure equipment gets asset tags before distribution to computer tech or the user. Perform inventory scans of assets on the floor and stockroom, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain an accurate inventory database. Perform equipment checks to ensure equipment is operational and properly deployed (in good repair, cable managed, clean). Input new equipment into the inventory database system with accuracy. Follow all organization policies to decommission equipment. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, customer focused, has good communication skills, and is comfortable working in a hospital environment. Additionally, this position requires the ability to properly lift 40 pounds on a regular basis and is not work from home or hybrid. It is 100%25 on site. Position does not offer H1-B sponsorship.
