The Role

 

The Manager, Education Delivery Operations supports USTA Coaching programs, including workshops, the Fellowship Program, and USTA Coaching Education Centers, ensuring seamless program delivery and operational consistency across sites. This role focuses on maintaining high-quality execution, optimizing resources, and driving process improvements. Working closely with the Director of Education Operations, the Manager helps uphold program integrity and enhances the overall effectiveness of USTA Coaching initiatives.

  • Support USTA Coaching Delivery projects and initiatives across USTA Coaching Education Centers, satellite sites, and external locations to ensure program consistency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense monitoring for USTA Coaching delivery programs.
  • Oversee workshop execution and evaluations, ensuring operational excellence and uniformity across all locations.
  • Manage and coordinate Education Operations meetings, including agendas, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Provide KPIs and data to the Membership Acquisition department 
  • Oversee all logistics for the USTA Coaching Summer Fellowship Program, supporting both National Campus and external sites.
  • Lead efforts to streamline and innovate administrative processes to improve efficiency and optimize human and financial resources.
  • Support logistics needed for educational content filming 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director, Managing Director, or CEO to support USTA Coaching initiatives.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in a sports-related field and/or relevant experience
  • 3 or more years of event and project management experience
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate with numerous constituents in an effective, timely manner
  • Demonstrated strong time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Competent collaborator and skilled cross-functional communicator
  • Strong working knowledge of performance and operations management
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PPT, Excel, and Google Suite
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a team, in a leading role, or in a supporting role
  • Ability to navigate effectively within the USTA and build strong working relationships with key partners
  • This position is designated as "hybrid/flex" in Orlando and may allow for both remote and on-site work.  Any such position must meet the current USTA hybrid/flex requirements as updated from time to time.  Please consult HR for the most current policy.

The expected range for the base salary for this position is $65,000 - $75,000.

This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify.  The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
