With locations around the world, CGC and USG have the resources, plants, products, and people to build walls, ceilings, and careers.</em></span>&nbsp;<br></p><p><span style="color:rgb(45, 45, 45);"><strong>CGC Inc. is currently recruiting Sales Representative in the Greater Toronto Area.</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:normal;background:white;"><span style="color:black;">This is a challenging opportunity for a motivated individual to demonstrate their selling and customer service skills in a fast-paced sales environment.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="color:rgb(45, 45, 45);"><strong>Duties and responsibilities of the Sales Representative include:</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:rgb(45, 45, 45);">Reporting to the Sales Manager- Ontario, the successful candidate will be responsible for promotion, sales, and service of our products to dealers, distributors, and contractors.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:rgb(45, 45, 45);">With a passion for customer service and commitment to follow through, the Sales Representative is responsible for growing sales volumes by building relationships and providing the required support to dealers, distributors, and contractors.</span><span style="">&nbsp; </span><span style="color:rgb(45, 45, 45);">Key in this effort will be influencing customer loyalty by delivering a high level of customer service via proactive customer contact, industry knowledge and networking, product training, deep technical product knowledge, large project coordination, job quotes and prompt complaint resolution.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:rgb(45, 45, 45);">Developing strong relationships with internal departments including marketing, distribution, customer service and accounting is also critical for success in this role.</span><span style="">&nbsp; </span><span style="color:rgb(45, 45, 45);">The Sales Representative works within general guidelines and procedures, exercising independent judgment while being committed to safety, quality, reliability, and customer service.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:rgb(45, 45, 45);">The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, customer service and/or marketing (preferably in the building materials industry) and a post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:rgb(45, 45, 45);">This challenging position offers a competitive compensation package and a company auto. The base salary is dependent upon education and experience.</span></p><p><span><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field. Significant relevant experience may be considered degree equivalent.</span></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3 years minimum customer-faced experience (technical expertise and industry knowledge is preferred).</span></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent communication, public speaking, and customer service skills.</span></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent problem-solving skills.</span></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Must be a people and results-oriented individual who incorporates and emphasizes safety and quality in all aspects of the daily work environment.</span></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Must demonstrate proven success at working independently with a sense of urgency and high level of customer focus.</span></p><p><span>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent time management and organizational skills.
